What is performance art? Present Movement, brought to you by the producer of “The Shambhala Experience”, is a 47-minute short documentary about the evolution and significance of diverse forms of performance art within Western Canadian electronic music culture. Members of British Columbia’s most talented performers deliver audiences through the mediums of dance, aerial arts, theatre, and more under the backdrop of Canada’s most renowned electronic music festival: Shambhala.

Kevan is a seasoned documentary filmmaker with over 15 years of experience in the fields of directing, cinematography, and post production. After attending the entrepreneurship program at BCIT in Vancouver, Kevan started the production company Reverse Media. Since then, he has worked with a diverse number of employers including the 2010 Olympic Games, Knowledge Network, CBC Television, and the TV shows Smallville and Continuum.
